I consider participating in this programme has been one of the most
important and accurate decisions I have made in my professional life.
My learning experience has been excellent, and the difference I
notice while treating patients in my knowledge is remarkable.
Surgery is a competitive discipline and anything you have got that
shows you are better than average is obviously likely to improve your
prospects. I think if you are coming through in the current era as a
sub-speciality trainee in breast surgery, then it just gives you an edge
over those who haven’t had a chance to do it.
Completing my Clinical Skills training virtually has been a fantastic
experience for me as a newly qualified nurse. I was able to learn at
my own pace and revisit any aspect of the training as many times
as I wanted.
Very good in providing real life scenarios and updates on current guidelines. The questions on clinical decision making were the most useful as no two patients are the same and what is appropriate for one might be contra-indicated for another.
